Dr. Stilling designs and deploys data collection technology and collects, analyzes, and produces reports based on these data. Typically, these reports answer questions posed by the State Public Defender, the Governor, the Legislature, the courts and various other entities regarding the Criminal Justice System and public defense, in particular. Erik Stilling earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Mass Communication.
